The Avantalk BTTC-200 is a 2 in 1 Bluetooth device which can act as both a transmitter and receiver of short range wireless signals, allowing you to share audio without the need for cables to get in the way of the process.
From a design point of view the BTTC-200 is pleasingly crafted, with a small, rounded chassis and uncomplicated controls which will help anyone use it without having to refer to a manual each time. It features a 3.5mm audio socket which makes it almost universally compatible with common sources and because you will not need to fiddle around with software it acts as a plug and play device that can be enjoyed immediately.
The BTTC-200 has an integrated rechargeable Li-Polymer battery which can be powered up to provide you with up to 10 hours of continuous playback, it will also sit in standby mode for up to 400 hours and can be fully recharged in just two hours, so it is a great portable Bluetooth audio solution for those who are out and about.
With most modern mobile phones, media players and laptops featuring Bluetooth as standard, it makes sense to invest in a gadget which will let you enjoy this audio on your home speaker system. Of course it is not reasonable to expect you to update your hi-fi equipment to handle Bluetooth natively, which is why the BTTC-200 has been created so that you do not have to.
You can stream audio from your mobile to the BTTC-200 and it will then output it via the standard audio jack mentioned above. This means you can feed stereo quality sound into a speaker dock or hi-fi with ease. You can also plug a playback device into the BTTC-200 via an audio cable and it will broadcast the sound via Bluetooth so that you can stream it in the opposite direction, back to your compatible device of choice.
The standard retail edition of the BTTC-200 comes with its own 1 metre audio cable, which means you can easily plug it into any speaker or playback source. The Bluetooth signal is rated to operate over a distance of 10 metres, although performance will vary depending on intervening obstacles. It should perform well when used within the same room, or in a small property.
You do not need to keep all of your music locked down on smartphones with tinny internal speakers and poor quality headphone sockets. The BTTC-200 shows that you can bring mobile audio into a living room or another environment wirelessly via Bluetooth without any of the fuss associated with other methods.
The Avantalk Jogger is a versatile, light, compact and high quality headset that definitely catches the eye with its appropriately modern looks. Make sure
that you read mobile phone review sites to check that your handset has Bluetooth connectivity so that you are not
disappointed.
